Coaches and Manager registration is now OPEN. 

Please follow the steps below:

1. Complete coaches/manager registration-Coaches and managers, please click HERE, to complete your registration.  This must be done in order to be assigned to a team.  Coaches registrations and background checks are valid from June 1 until May 31, of the following year.  
2. Click on the person icon in the top right:
3. Click on Profile
4. You will automatically be on the dashboard tab
5. For Background Check, click on More Info:
6. Then Click Submit New Report After you submit, status will state pending. Please allow at least 24 hours for this to update to approved, denied, or under review.

REQUIREMENTS FALL 2025

Starting with the Fall 2019 season, NORTH TEXAS SOCCER will now require all Coaches, Managers, Administrators, Volunteers, Employees and Referees to complete the SafeSport certification.  

Beginning January 1, 2020 coaches and managers must have completed the SafeSport Course Certification before being rostered to a youth team or to remain on the roster of a youth team.

Online awareness/prevention training is available at no cost to North Texas State Soccer Association Coaches, Managers and Team Contacts through the U.S. Center for SafeSport.
