FM Practice Fields

On Tuesday, August 20, reservations will be accepted via email between 8 – 9 a.m. only for September-November soccer field reservations. Emails received between 8 – 9 a.m. will be entered into a randomizer and fields will be allocated in the order generated, just like a lottery system. Emails received before 8 a.m. or after 9 a.m. will not be included in the lottery, but instead placed at the end of the list for field allocation in the order received.

To make a reservation, please complete the attached form and email it to recreation@flower-mound.com during the reservation time (8 – 9 a.m. only). Please have your form saved in a PDF version, not as an image. When filling out the form, please only fill in the requested information at the top of the page and sign your name at the bottom, leaving the middle portion blank for P&R staff to complete. Please indicate in the email your preferred day, time, and field location (e.g. Wednesday’s / 6 – 7 p.m. / Bluebonnet East).

1. Fields available to reserve for months September-November for NO COST:
   1. Bluebonnet Park (East 1 & 2 and West 1 & 2)
   2. Cortadera Park (East and West)
   3. Stone Creek Park (East and West)
   4. Spring Meadow Park (East and West)
2. Reservations are limited to 1-hour per session, two times per week. All practice fields are divided into halves (½ field) for reservations (small-sided). Coaches with more than one team are required to complete one form per team. Staff will send a confirmation email along with the approved reservation form if the request is available. If there are any scheduling conflicts, staff will contact you via phone.

Beginning Monday, January 22, the CAC East Fields reservations will be accepted Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm of the preceding week for which the reservation is intended, in person, at the CAC offices.

1. Fields available to reserve on a weekly basis with a FEE:
   1. CAC East Fields (Field 1, 2, 3, & 4) (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Friday’ only)
2. Individual field reservations are limited to 1-hour per session, two times per week. Coaches with more than one team are required to complete one form per team.
3. Each session is $10 for residents and $15 for non-residents.
